History

It started, as many things do, with a night sky and a few friends talking about what could be.

Back then, they were nobodies. Just a group of misfits, scattered across Stanton — dockworkers, security contractors, ex-military, and barroom philosophers — bound only by late-night comms and a shared dream of something bigger.

They used to meet on a half-decommissioned orbital platform above Hurston, a place where the lights were dim, and the stars felt a little closer. There, they’d stare out at the void and talk. About possibility. About freedom. About getting out.

We were tired of dead-end jobs running cargo under someone else’s name. We still wore the scars from our last tour, a war no one remembered. We just wanted to prove that brains beat blood in the end. They each had a reason to walk away from the lives they’d known — and they each saw something waiting in the dark.

One night, over cheap synth-whiskey and half-joked promises, a plan came together. Not a gang. Not a syndicate. Not a PMC.

A company.

A real one.

Something built not just to survive the void, but to use it.

They pooled credits, pulled favors, salvaged an old Freelancer from a scrapyard on Daymar, and called it their first office. The rest, as they say, is corporate history.

Today, Void Logistical Trade Services is a rising force in frontier logistics, trade security, and high-risk transport ops. But at its core, it’s still that same group of voices in the dark — chasing opportunity, one jump at a time.

Void Logistical Trade Services was founded by those who were tired of following someone else’s flight path. Tired of hauling freight for underpaid scraps. Tired of fighting someone else’s war. Tired of waiting for opportunity to come knocking.

So we built our own ship. Drew our own maps. And carved out our place in the void.

We believe in calculated risk, mutual profit, and strength through coordination. We operate clean, move fast, and leave nothing behind — except competitors wondering how we got there first.

VLTS isn’t a megacorp, a pirate gang, or a vanity tag. It’s a company built by real people, for real purpose. Whether you fly solo, run a crew, or are still figuring out your place in the ‘verse — we’ve got room for you, if you’ve got the drive.

Our Goals Are Simple:

Charter

I. Purpose
VLTS is a trade and logistics organization built on professionalism, self-reliance, and mutual respect. Our goal is to create a thriving, self-sustaining network of traders, haulers, escorts, and entrepreneurs across the ‘verse. We pursue opportunity wherever it presents itself — and we bring our own backup.

II. Structure & Departments
  • Administration
    • Handles leadership, planning, inter-org relations, event coordination, and internal oversight.
  • Logistics Division
    • Responsible for cargo hauling, route planning, mining ops, supply chain contracts, and asset movement.
  • Arms Division
    • Manages convoy protection, external security contracts, combat training, and defensive operations.
  • Marketing & Relations
    • Oversees recruitment, public communications, alliances, internal morale, and media assets.

Each department is led by Division Heads and reports to the Administrative Core.

III. Membership Expectations
  • Respect All Members:
    • Treat fellow VLTS members, allies, and partners with respect. Disputes are handled privately or through Admin channels.
  • Represent the Brand:
    • Whether on missions, in public comms, or during downtime, members are expected to uphold VLTS’s name with professionalism.
  • Contribute as You Can:
    • We respect real-life obligations. Activity and participation are encouraged, not demanded — but reliability is key.
  • No Piracy Under the Tag:
    • VLTS does not engage in unauthorized piracy, griefing, or malicious activity under its banner. Side operations are fine — but not with our name on your hull.
  • Security Through Trust:
    • Sharing information or assets outside the org without clearance is grounds for removal.
IV. Recruitment & Ranks
  • Open Enrollment:
    • Recruitment is open to players of all experience levels, pending review by the Admin team.
  • Trial Period:
    • New members undergo a short trial period to determine fit, during which time full access may be limited.
  • Ranks:
    • Members advance through service, contribution, and leadership. Promotions are merit-based, not time-based.
V. Alliances & Neutrality
  • VLTS may engage in alliances or trade agreements with other organizations, subject to approval by the Admin Core. We remain neutral in most external conflicts unless directly threatened or contracted.
VI. Dissolution Clause
  • Should VLTS cease operations, all remaining assets will be distributed fairly among active members, with priority given to logistics and founding contributors.

The void is vast — but together, we carve a path through it.
