Verum Intelligentia Group recognizes Knowledge is Power. To that end we seek to establish ourselves as the eyes and ears of the galactic community.

We aim to be the Alpha & Omega of information gathering and with an expanding group of associates we are uniquely positioned to shoulder such a large undertaking and the responsibility associated with it.

We understand the dangers of data retrieval and maintaining data integrity, to that end we pledge to validate all information and the sources of that information (when required by Law) to guarantee absolute excellence in our work.

Charter

Confidentiality is THE core tenant of our philosophy at VerIntel. As such all associates are hereby sworn to the following Code of Conduct:

  1. All associates will refrain from identifying themselves as affiliates unless they possess an Official Authorization from the Board of Directors.
    1. Pursuant to Article One of the Code of Conduct; Only Board of Directors and Respective Department Heads will have the authority to publicly speak for the Organization. Any unauthorized public comments are grounds for investigation and can lead to punishment up to and including Termination.
  2. Divulging Proprietary Information or Company Secrets will result in but not limited to immediate Termination.
  3. All associates are at ALL TIMES expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of Professionalism and Integrity.
    ##)Pursuant to Article Three of the Code of Conduct; Any associate identified in connection with the commission of a criminal act will be placed on Immediate Suspension pending investigation with full cooperation with the Law.
