Preamble
We, the founders of VORAX Industries, acting in the name of progress, prosperity, and the survival of humankind, hereby establish the Charter of VORAX Industries as the binding document that defines our mission, structure, ethics, and purpose.

I. Purpose of the Corporation
VORAX Industries is an interplanetary mining and refining corporation, authorized to operate on any unclaimed celestial body within the recognized legal framework of the United Empire of Earth (UEE).
The primary objectives of the company are:

Extraction of resources.

Refinement, distribution, and sale of acquired materials.

Construction and maintenance of autonomous industrial outposts.

Every employee is expected to do only legal actions, illegal ones are prohibited for all members, including CEO.

Violations of this Charter may result in disciplinary measures, including isolation, reassignment, or expulsion from the fleet.

V. Final Provision
This Charter takes effect upon ratification by the company’s CEO and is binding for all personnel and subsidiaries operating under the VORAX corporate code.
