Vorpal was founded on a simple, grounded philosophy: video games should be an escape, not a second job. We are a Star Citizen organization focused on genuinely enjoying the game, hanging out with like-minded individuals, and shooting the shit. We aren’t here to be hyper-competitive try-hards, we have no interest in ruining the game for others, and we don’t expect you to log in like you’re punching a timecard.

Our goal is to ensure the organization provides our members with the most value possible – community, support, and coordinated engaging events – without asking for much in return. Whether you are a veteran pilot or just starting to find your wings in the ‘verse, we are glad to have you with us.

Real Life & Valuing Time First
Family, work, and personal obligations always take priority over the game. We do not expect anyone to log in like they’re punching a timecard. Because our gaming time is precious, we respect the hours we do spend together by showing up ready, staying locked in during operations, and making the most of our collective time.

Play Hard Across Every Loop
We fully embrace everything the ‘verse has to offer—whether that means industrial cargo running, mining, combat security, or active piracy. There are no forced career tracks or mandatory training loops here; we play the game fully, play to win, and back our members in whatever gameplay loop they want to master.

Win Hard, But Don’t Grief
We love high-stakes, aggressive gameplay, but we never do it at the expense of another player’s basic ability to enjoy the game. We have no interest in being toxic or acting as hyper-competitive try-hards. Pirate, but don’t grief. Banter, but don’t insult. Maintain a baseline of respect for outside orgs, other players, and your fellow fleet members.

Look Out for Each Other & Our Differences
We protect our own and look out for each other whenever we are out in the black. We actively value the different backgrounds, skill levels, and perspectives our members bring to the table. Our differences are exactly what make our crew versatile, adaptable, and great—everyone has a role to play.

Keep the Vibe Grounded
At the end of the day, we are here to escape the daily grind, hang out, and shoot the shit. We are focused on building a sustainable, reliable group of friends. We keep our community space clean, welcoming, and down-to-earth for everyone.
