We are Keepers of the Peace. VP7 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in acts of unprovoked aggression, piracy, or griefing against fellow players. We earn our living through legitimate means and respect the boundaries of others. We stand by the principle that conflict should be a last resort, not a first option.

The Protocol is activated under three conditions:

Defending the Innocent: When a distress call is received from an unfairly targeted or outmatched vessel.

Self-Defense: When a VP7 member or allied organization is directly fired upon or attacked.

Maintaining Order: When clear, sustained evidence of systemic criminal activity threatens stability in our operating space.

When the Protocol is active, VP7 transforms from a peaceful guild into a Kinetic Judgment Cell. We act with uncompromising efficiency and precision to neutralize the threat. We are the Retribution Velocity—justice delivered at maximum speed.

The Vengeance Protocol 7 (VP7) Organizational Charter
Article I: Purpose and Governance
Section 1.01 | Name and Affiliation: The organization shall be known as Vengeance Protocol 7 (VP7).

Section 1.02 | Mission Statement: To foster a disciplined, friendly community dedicated to legitimate enterprise while standing as the unwavering defender of the innocent and the enforcement arm of peace in the ‘Verse.

Section 1.03 | Leadership: VP7 shall be governed by the Alpha Protocol (Founder/CEO), advised by the Vanguard Command.

Article II: Organizational Hierarchy (The Protocol Ranks)
VP7 utilizes a clear structure to ensure efficient response during both peacetime and Protocol Activation. Ranks are based on experience, competence, and commitment to the VP7 Code.

P-7 (Tier 1) | Alpha Protocol: Final authority, diplomatic relations, strategic expansion.

P-6 (Tier 2) | Vanguard Command: Advisory board; manages department leads; handles severe disciplinary actions.

P-5 (Tier 3) | Director: Department heads (e.g., Director of Logistics, Director of Security); responsible for resource allocation and specialized training.

P-4 (Tier 4) | Executor: Experienced pilots/citizens; leads mission wings and operational sorties; mentors lower ranks.

P-3 (Tier 5) | Sentinel: Proven core members; reliable, combat-ready, and trusted for primary duties.

P-2 (Tier 6) | Operator: Full members; proficiency in core skills (combat, trade, or mining); basic eligibility for VP Activation.

P-1 (Tier 7) | Initiate: Probationary/new members; focused on training and demonstrating competence and adherence to the Code.

Article III: The Code of Conduct
Section 3.01 | Non-Aggression Principle: Members must not initiate unprovoked hostilities (griefing, illegal attacking) against any non-hostile player or organization. Exceptions are granted only under explicit Protocol Activation.

Section 3.02 | Duty and Discipline: Members are expected to adhere to all orders issued during official VP7 operations and maintain professional, respectful conduct in public channels.

Section 3.03 | Looting and Recovery: Recovery of assets from legitimate kills (during Protocol Activation) is permitted. Stealing from allies or uninvolved parties is grounds for immediate expulsion.

Section 3.04 | Work Ethic: Members are encouraged to engage actively in the organization’s economic or exploration ventures to contribute to the collective resources (ship maintenance, re-arming, fuel reserves).

Article IV: Protocol Activation (The Retribution Velocity)
Section 4.01 | Activation Authority: The Protocol may only be declared active by the Alpha Protocol or, in their absence, by a majority consensus of the Vanguard Command.

Section 4.02 | Justification: Protocol Activation is only authorized when responding to verifiable, aggressive criminal activity threatening VP7 assets, allied organizations, or the general peace of a system.

Section 4.03 | De-escalation: The goal of Activation is neutralization, not annihilation. Once the threat is clearly eliminated or has fled, all VP7 forces must immediately cease pursuit and stand down to avoid escalating the conflict unnecessarily.

Article V: Amendments
This Charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Vanguard Command, provided the proposed change does not violate the Core Ethos (Article I).
