All company members do herby agree to the following

1) Primary Gameplay Loops

• Cargo Logistics (Hauling Missions as-well as Commodity Trading)
• Mining Operations
• Salvage Operations

2) Piracy

• Conducting piracy as a member of this organization is strictly prohibited
• The defense of company assets and personnel is authorized with the use of any means necessary
• Anti piracy gameplay must be approved and monitored by a company Officer

3) Fair pay agreement

• Each crew member will receive one equal share of net profit
• Each ship will receive a flat 10% net profit to cover expenses

• There is a flat rate of 10% net profit given to the cargo ship as its share

This agreement can be changed if the Captain and Crew of a ship agree to the terms in writing

4) Officer Promotion

• To move into an Officer position one must be nominated by a current Officer then will be put up for vote
• Officers will be active members within the organization
• Officers will contribute to the overall success of the organization

5) Removal

• A member may be removed for any violation of this charter, discord rules, or for any or no reason. We are an at will employer.
• An Officer can be removed by an Executive at their discretion
• A Chief Executive can be removed but all other Chief Executives must vote to remove then an organization vote of 50% or more must happen. If all Chief Executives do not vote the offending Executive out they must attempt to remedy the issue with the organization members and the Executive

6) Company Dissolvement

• A unanimous vote to dissolve the company must be reached by all Chief Executives
• If one votes to not dissolve then they become the principal Executive
