History

Long before the name Eclipse Warden was etched into the minds of allies and enemies alike, there was only chaos. In the aftermath of border skirmishes, corporate betrayals, and the rising demand for off-the-record operations, a void formed—one that traditional militaries and law enforcement were either too slow or too compromised to fill.
Out of that void, Eclipse Warden emerged.
Founded by a coalition of former UEE Naval strategists, disavowed black-ops commanders, and seasoned industrial security leaders, Eclipse Warden was created with a singular objective: to execute missions with unmatched precision, where diplomacy and brute force had failed. Unburdened by red tape and unrestricted by standard regulations, the organization quickly made a name for itself in the gray zones of the ‘verse.
Early operations focused on high-risk retrieval and extraction contracts in Vanduul-contested space, where success meant surviving not just the enemy—but the silence that followed. These missions forged the unit’s core principles: discipline, discretion, and efficiency. Their success rates, often considered impossible, drew attention—and soon after, high-value clients from megacorps, planetary governments, and even quiet factions within the UEE.
As their reputation grew, so did their capabilities. Eclipse Warden expanded into transport, planetary warfare, mining logistics, and full-spectrum protection services, all executed with clockwork coordination. Whether recovering lost tech in deep space or fortifying colonial outposts under siege, Eclipse Warden became the first call for last resorts.

Charter
Article I – Name & Purpose
This organization shall be known as Eclipse Warden, a private military company operating with strategic independence across the known and unknown reaches of the ‘verse. Formed in response to the failures of conventional power structures, Eclipse Warden exists to provide high-risk, high-value military, security, and logistics operations with discipline, integrity, and operational excellence.
Article II – Scope of Operations
Eclipse Warden is authorized to conduct operations across multiple domains:
- Ground Warfare & Security Operations
- Space Combat & Escort Missions
- Mining Site Security & Resource Extraction Support
- Asset Retrieval & Recovery Operations
- High-Risk Transportation & Convoy Defense
- Combined Arms Campaigns
- Strategic Protection & VIP Services
No mission is too remote. No conflict is too complex.
We operate beyond the margins of traditional warfare.
Article III – Structure & Command
Eclipse Warden adheres to a defined and respected chain of command.
All members are assigned ranks reflecting responsibility, performance, and leadership. Orders from higher-ranking Wardens are to be followed with discipline and without hesitation.
Central Authority (CA): Strategic Leadership & Policy Enforcement
Field Command (FC): Operational Oversight, Mission Execution
Special Divisions (SD): Focused Expertise (Mining, Transport, Recon, etc.)
Enlisted Wardens: Backbone of Eclipse – Combat-ready, loyal, precise
Article IV – Code of Conduct
All Eclipse Warden personnel must:
Show unwavering loyalty to the organization and its objectives
Uphold professional behavior in all engagements—internal and external
Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive operations
Obey the chain of command without fail
Avoid dishonor, insubordination, or conduct unbecoming of a Warden
Violation of the code results in suspension, demotion, or expulsion based on severity.
Article V – Membership
Membership in Eclipse Warden is a privilege, not a right. All applicants must:
Submit a formal application.
Undergo review by designated officers.
Complete onboarding and agree to the Charter.
Uphold the standards of conduct at all times.
We do not accept fame-seekers, lone wolves, or glory hunters.
We accept professionals—those ready to move with purpose.
Article VI – Amendments & Oversight
This Charter may be updated or amended by the Central Authority to reflect evolving operational needs. All members will be notified of changes and are expected to remain in compliance.
