Manifesto

As WARDENS OF THE DRAGONS ORDER, we have a gift to share. We are UNITED together as one, while each distinguishably unique. No one else has experienced all that we have. We now have this unique OPPORTUNITY to create a positive impact on colonies around the universe, foster cultural exchange, break down barriers, BUILD bridges and stimulate the local economies. Thus, your vision of the universe is your unique gift.

EXPLORATION can be a life-changing thing not only for the destination we are visiting but also for oneself. We then bring a better version of ourselves and with a better understanding of the universe.

There are many of those that treat destinations as their personal hedonistic trinkets.

Therefore, in order to have great time, cultivate POSITIVE social exchange, get the most out of exploration and be the best we can be; I say we take the following pledge, so we can be the people other space dwellers want to know and locals don’t hate:

Thus, our VISION of the universe is this gift. It is our stories we share and the songs we sing. This is our JOURNEY. Our epic ADVENTURE. I will be the courageous Warden of the Dragons Order I was brought here to be!

Charter

NAME
The name of this organization shall be the WARDENS OF THE DRAGONS ORDER ( herein referred to as WDO ).

FOCUS
The primary focus of WDO is to promote active lifestyles for its members. WDO aims to achieve this by fostering the abilities and growth of its Wardens involved in our two key areas, Exploring and Freelancing.

GOALS

To have all Wardens involved in developing their chosen path to the highest of their ability and potential.
To promote the fields of exploration and freelancing in the universe.
Increase the level of competitiveness in exploring and freelancing by offering top quality events, programs and meetings for all Wardens.

AFFILIATION

A privilege to use the name “Warden of the Dragons Order” and “WDO”.
Permission to use materials provided by the at WDO functions.
The right to promote the WDO chapters at their own functions.
The WDO shall undergo an annual evaluation at the end of each month to determine the extent to which the activities of the WDO during the past month have or have not upheld the Focus and Goals of the WDO.

EVENTS, MEETINGS, & PROMOTIONS

The WDO shall meet no less than once per month for monthly events.
The WDO shall host meetings and allow for all Wardens to be heard, have their opinion, and be included in planning future events.
When the WDO organization promotes itself and its views to the an area of the universe, it shall abide by that areas policies and traditions.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Wardens shall not discriminate others or their activities on the basis of race or ethnicity, gender, gender identity/gender expression, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability.
Wardens shall not participate in activities that constitute a conflict of interest.
Wardens shall not engage in dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
If a mandatory WDO function is missed for any reason notification should be sent to a Warden Master ahead of time if possible.
If there is an exploration or freelancing issue or concern, contact a Warden Master. Administrative concerns and questions can be handled by the other members of the executive.
Wardens shall at all times take all reasonable care to limit any danger of death, injury or ill health to any person that may result from their work and the products of their work.
Wardens who have reason to believe that our Code of Conduct has been violated shall inform a Warden Master.

MEMBERSHIP CAN BE REVOKED

The Warden’s behaviour has been documented to be, on more than one occasion, deemed grief like and/or detrimental to the reputation of the WDO or the other Wardens.
If the Warden has been disciplined by their respective governing body according to that body’s rules and regulations.
If there are documented displays by the Warden of repeated verbal and or behavioural disrespect to any Warden, law-abiding citizens and any other organizations appointed officials.
Some examples would be refusing to participate, repeatedly not doing the task as requested by a superior, talking back to another warden or superior in an argumentative manner, persistent tardiness without explanation, verbally negative comments directed at anyone, foul language, disruptive behaviour during fun time.

GOVERNING STRUCTURE

The organization shall have four Executive Roles to make up the Executive Council and six Warden Ranks within the Dragons Order.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Members of the executive council are by invitation from the Founder. The executive council is for guidance and administrative support in a volunteer role only. The executive council will consist of, but is not limited to the Founder, Order Master, Order Summoner, Order Artisan and a possible special elect. The voluntary members of the executive do not have full access or control over the WDO. This is the responsibility of the Founder.

- Access to manage members, ranks, and roles.
Order Summoner
- Access to recruitment
Order Artisan
- Access to branding WDO
Special Elect
- No access but gets a seat in the executive council.

NOTE: Failure of any Executive Member other than the founder to uphold the duties of their position are grounds for removal from the council. An Executive Member may be removed from the council by a 2/3 vote of the registered Wardens of the WDO organization.
