Article I – Name
This organization shall be known as the Old Guard.

Article II – Purpose
The purpose of the Old Guard shall be to operate as a bounty-hunting syndicate in the Star Citizen universe, providing protection to those in need, and bringing justice to those who seek to harm others.

Article III – Membership
Membership shall be open to any pilot who shares the values of the Old Guard and who demonstrates the necessary skills and commitment.

Article IV – Leadership
The Old Guard shall be led by a Council, composed of the most experienced and respected members of the syndicate. The Council shall be responsible for making decisions regarding the direction and operation of the syndicate.

Article V – Code of Conduct
All members of the Old Guard shall be bound by a strict code of conduct, which shall include a commitment to honor, loyalty, professionalism, and respect for all individuals and entities encountered during operations.

Article VI – Operations
The Old Guard shall operate with precision, professionalism, and expertise, utilizing the most advanced technology and tactics available to accomplish our missions. We shall always strive to bring our targets alive whenever possible, and we shall never take on a mission that goes against our values or our code of conduct.

Article VII – Amendments
This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council, provided that the proposed amendments are consistent with the purpose and values of the Old Guard.

Article VIII – Dissolution
If the Old Guard is dissolved, all assets and resources shall be distributed in a manner consistent with the purpose and values of the syndicate, as determined by the Council.
