Weyland-Yutani Corporation is a British-Japanese multinational conglomerate headquartered in San Francisco, with major operational centers in Tokyo and the Sea of Tranquility, Luna. Originally founded as Weyland Corporation on October 11, 2012, by Sir Peter Weyland, the company rapidly became the most innovative and influential enterprise on Earth. Following the historic merger with Yutani Corporation in 2099, the combined entity became the driving force behind humanity’s expansion across the stars.
