The Order of Wolves began with a small group of friends during the Destiny beta in 2014. What started as a few players running missions together grew into a lasting brotherhood that has stood the test of time. Over the years, the pack expanded beyond a single game, moving across worlds, genres, and challenges — but the core has remained the same.
We come from all walks of life: veterans, engineers, electricians, and everyday people who log on to unwind, laugh, and share good times. Skill matters, but character matters more. Loyalty, teamwork, and respect define who we are.
This branch of the Order is dedicated to supporting and testing the evolving universe of Star Citizen. Whether we’re running operations, hauling cargo, flying escort, or just exploring the black, we operate as a pack — organized, dependable, and always watching each other’s six.
We’re not just players in the same game.
We’re Wolves.
Manifesto of The Order of Wolves
I. The Nature of the Order
The Order of Wolves is not merely an organization — it is a creed, a standard, and a way to stand in the worlds we walk.
We do not operate as common groups do. No chains bind a Wolf’s path. Each member is free to roam, to explore, and to live as they choose. Yet when the call to the Pack is given — for operation, defense, or purpose — a Wolf answers if they are able. This is not obligation by rule, but by honor.
Membership exists so that the Pack may find one another when the hunt begins.
II. Our Purpose
We stand as Wardens.
We aid and protect those who require it.
We answer threats that prey upon others for pleasure, chaos, or selfish gain.
We do not start fights born of ego, pride, or dominance.
But when a line is crossed —
we finish it.
We are the force that hunts the hunters of the innocent.
We are the group that griefs the griefers.
Violence is not our identity. It is a tool we wield only in service of balance and protection.
III. Membership and Worth
A Wolf is not self-named.
Entry into the Order comes by invitation from an existing Wolf. Yet invitation alone does not make one a True Wolf.
True standing is earned through presence, action, reliability, and participation in the field. Worth is recognized by a sponsor, affirmed by the Knight Captains, and upheld by the Paladin.
The Order is selective. Not all who approach will walk our path.
IV. The Law of the Pack
Strength alone does not make a Wolf. Conduct does.
A Wolf:
Does not abuse power.
Does not tear down their own pack.
Speaks with respect — strength requires no noise.
Keeps their word. Reputation is currency.
Leaves no packmate behind.
Disputes within the Pack are handled with calm, reason, and respect.
Pack first. Ego last.
If resolution cannot be reached, leadership will arbitrate — not to punish, but to preserve unity.
We do not feud. We endure.
V. The Burden of the Wolf
To bear the name Wolf is to carry responsibility.
We step in when others look away.
We answer when called.
We protect — even when it costs us.
Membership is not status. It is duty.
VI. Our Reputation
In the verse, we are known first as hunters of griefers.
Predators to those who prey upon the weak.
Professionals in conduct. Precise in action.
We are not vultures circling the fallen.
We are not rats scavenging chaos.
We are Wardens who bring balance and Order where it is threatened.
VII. The Tenets of the Wolf
Like the creature of our namesake, we carry these in mind and heart:
Honor — for the Pack and those who deserve it.
Loyalty — to each other and to those under our protection.
Duty — to the Pack, for survival and strength.
Courage — to face the trials of tomorrow.
Integrity — the bond that holds all other tenets together.
VIII. The Truth of the Pack
“The strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.”
This is not a phrase. It is law.
We are strong alone.
We are unstoppable together.
IX. Structure of the Order
Authority exists to preserve Order — not ego.
Paladin — Supreme Warden of the Order. Final authority in matters of direction and preservation of the Pack’s identity.
Knight Captains — Senior leaders. Coordinate operations, oversee conduct, mentor Wolves, and confirm advancement.
Knights (True Wolves) — Veteran Wolves trusted to lead hunts, mentor Aspirants and Squires, and uphold standards.
Squires — Members who have earned standing through demonstrated action, reliability, and loyalty.
Aspirants — Members showing clear potential and commitment, sponsored by a Knight and actively proving themselves in the field.
Initiates — Interested newcomers beginning their path, learning the code and the ways of the Pack.
X. The Oath of the Wolves
We do not walk this path for glory.
We do not bear this name for status.
We stand where others falter.
We answer when others turn away.
We do not seek conflict,
But we do not flee it.
When the line is crossed,
we are the line.
We are not chaos.
We are not cruelty.
We are the hand that restores balance.
Alone, we endure.
Together, we are unbreakable.
The Pack is my strength.
I am strength for the Pack.
From this moment forward,
I stand as Warden, Hunter, and Wolf.
So long as I bear this name,
I will not fail the Pack.
Preamble
We, the founding members of The Order of Wolves, do hereby establish this Charter as the sacred foundation of our brotherhood. United by honor, loyalty, and courage, we commit ourselves to stand as Wardens of the verse—defenders of the innocent, hunters of chaos, and keepers of balance.
This Charter proclaims the principles that govern our Pack, defines our shared duties, and binds us in an eternal covenant of trust and strength.
May this document serve as our guiding light, our law, and our solemn vow, enduring as long as the stars shine and the Pack hunts together.
Declaration of Purpose
By the authority vested in us as Wolves of this Order, we swear to uphold the tenets of honor, loyalty, duty, courage, and integrity. We pledge to protect those who cannot protect themselves, to answer the call of the Pack, and to bring order where chaos threatens.
Code of Conduct
The strength of the Pack is built on the conduct of each Wolf. Therefore, we hold these principles inviolate:
We respect all members of the verse, honoring their right to exist free from unjust harm.
We do not initiate or instigate violence.
We relentlessly hunt those who sow chaos and grief—the griefers themselves.
When engaged in a hunt with the Pack, we do not fight fair; our objective is the complete annihilation of our enemies.
We support our fellow Wolves engaged in the hunt whenever capable, ensuring total victory. Such support is reciprocal and unwavering.
We offer aid to those in need, within our capacity and where it aligns with our purpose.
Founders’ Oath
We vow to uphold this Charter in spirit and in action. We promise to lead by example, to defend the weak, and to ensure the survival and prosperity of the Pack.
Ratification
This Charter shall take effect immediately and be binding upon all current and future members of The Order of Wolves.
