Manifesto

The World Welfare Works Association (WWWA or 3WA) does not have any higher ambitions, nor does it wish to pursue schemes or conspiracy. It’s a firm dedicated to organizing contractors.

The goal of the 3WA is to give freelancing work and contractors a hub by which they can be contacted, where jobs can be posted and rules established.

Charter

Company Policy:

1. 3WA will take legal and financial responsibility for property damage, loss of life or mental health trauma that may result from the actions of those employed by the World Welfare Works Association. Company action will be taken if sufficient evidence is provided.

2. All employees under the 3WA must abide by the following codes of conduct, failure to do so will result in benefits being cut or termination of employment. Other actions may be taken depending on the severity or difficult nature of the violation. Certain occupations and contracts, due to their dubious moral nature and potential for legal recourse from the UEE, are violations of the 3WA legal code. These occupations and contracts are listed in the following sections.

2A. Jobs which are considered illegal, such as; Robbery, Assassination, Sabotage, Piracy, Hijacking, Hacking, 2B. Actions which are considered offensive, disruptive or of ill will, such as; Anger management problems, Behavioral disorders, Racism, Sexism,

2. If you accept a contract not through 3WA’s bulletin, then you must disclose to the employer that you work for the 3WA and will abide by its it’s rules. Refer to Company Policy section 2A and 2B.

Freelance Rules:

2. While operating outside of the 3WA’s Bulletin and while not accepting formalized contracts, you will have to disclose that you work for 3WA and will abide by its rules. Refer to Company Policy section 2A and 2B.
