Manifesto

XCLUDED MANIFESTO

Xcluded exists to bring together pilots, marines, and haulers who want to be part of something organized, capable, and built to last. We’re not chasing numbers for the sake of numbers, we’re building a roster of people who show up, back each other, and take pride in what this org stands for.

EVERY ROLE HAS A PLACE

Star Citizen doesn’t reward one skill set, it rewards coordination across all of them. Our pilots hold their own in a dogfight and know when to fall back and regroup. Our ground teams take and hold objectives with patience and precision. Our haulers, traders, and industrial members keep the org fed, funded, and mission-ready. None of it works without all of it working together.

BUILT ON PEOPLE, NOT JUST ROSTERS

An org is nothing without the people in it. We put real weight behind mentorship, patience with newer members, and making sure nobody’s grinding it out alone. Whether you’ve got a thousand hours logged or you just bought your first ship, there’s a place for you here, and people willing to help you get better.

WE SHOW UP TO COMPETE

We’re not here to coast. When it’s time to fight, we fight to win, through preparation, communication, and knowing our ships and roles inside and out. We’d rather earn a win through skill than take a cheap one, and we expect the same out of anyone flying under our name.

PLAYING THE LONG GAME

Xcluded isn’t chasing one good night in the ‘verse. We’re building something members can be proud of a year from now, five years from now, a name that means something because of how we carried it, not just what we won.

JOIN US

If you want to be part of a crew that takes this seriously without losing sight of why we’re here, good fights, good people, and a name worth flying under, Xcluded’s got a seat for you.

We show up. We back each other. We don’t quit.

Charter

1. CONDUCT & REPUTATION
  • Every member is a representative of Xcluded, in the ‘verse and out of it. Act with respect, professionalism, and honesty in every interaction.
  • Harassment, discrimination, and toxic behavior have no place here and will lead to disciplinary action, including removal.
  • All members are expected to follow Star Citizen’s Terms of Service and community guidelines at all times.

2. WORKING AS A UNIT
  • No single pilot wins the fight alone. Org goals come before personal ones when we’re operating together.
  • Use the org’s designated comms channels for planning and execution. Say what needs to be said, and say it clearly.

3. SHOWING UP
  • An org is only as strong as its active roster. Members are expected to take part in events, missions, training, and fleet ops on a regular basis.
  • Going dark for a while is fine, just give leadership a heads-up so we can plan around it.

4. COMBAT STANDARDS
  • We train to be sharp: tactically sound, situationally aware, and skilled across ship-to-ship, boots-on-ground, and combined operations.
  • Fight hard, fight fair. We’d rather win on skill than on cheap tactics.

5. LEADERSHIP & STRUCTURE
  • Orders during live operations get followed without debate, that’s what keeps the unit alive and the mission on track.
  • Got a better idea or a concern? Bring it to leadership through the right channel, after the op, not mid-engagement.

6. SHARED ASSETS
  • Ships, materials, credits, and org infrastructure exist to support everyone’s operations, not one person’s stockpile.
  • Hoarding or misusing shared resources for personal gain isn’t tolerated.

7. GROWING THE ROSTER
  • Bring in players who fit what Xcluded stands for: discipline, reliability, and a genuine want to be part of something bigger.
  • Experienced members are expected to help new recruits get up to speed, on ships, roles, and how we operate.

8. HANDLING DISPUTES
  • Take disagreements offline and work them out like adults. If that doesn’t cut it, loop in leadership before it turns into a bigger problem.

9. STAYING SHARP
  • The ‘verse changes with every patch, and so do we. Members are expected to stay adaptable and keep learning as the game evolves.
  • Standing still isn’t an option, we move forward or we fall behind.

Every member who lives by this charter keeps Xcluded’s name meaning something in the ‘verse. We show up, we back each other, and we don’t quit.
