History
HUI’P.ŪH’YATH — XI’AN DEFENSE FORCES
Hui’p.ūh’yath was established with a simple purpose: to preserve knowledge, observe the wider Verse, and protect the interests of the Xi’an.
From its earliest days, the organization focused on reconnaissance, transport, exploration, intelligence gathering, and the study of technology and civilizations beyond Xi’an space. Rather than seeking conflict, its members were tasked with observing, documenting, and understanding.
As humanity expanded further into the Verse, so too did the need for reliable information. Hui’p.ūh’yath developed a network of scouts, haulers, engineers, analysts, and intelligence operatives capable of gathering knowledge across distant systems.
The organization maintains that knowledge is only valuable when it is preserved. Every observation, discovery, and lesson contributes to a growing archive for those who follow.
Today, Hui’p.ūh’yath continues its work across the Verse.
We observe before acting.
We understand before judging.
We preserve what others forget.

Manifesto
THE MANIFESTO OF HUI’P.ŪH’YATH
We believe that knowledge is the foundation of understanding, and understanding is the foundation of peace.
The Verse is vast. Its civilizations, technologies, histories, and peoples are greater than any single perspective can comprehend. We will not allow ignorance, assumption, or fear to define what we do not understand.
We will observe before acting.
We will listen before judging.
We will verify before reporting.
We will preserve what we learn.
We will seek knowledge not for conquest, but for understanding. We will explore the unknown, document what we discover, protect information entrusted to us, and pass our knowledge to those who come after us.
We recognize that every civilization has its own history, traditions, language, and way of understanding the universe. We will respect those differences rather than erase them.
We will not seek conflict for its own sake. When conflict is avoidable, we will avoid it. When knowledge can accomplish what force cannot, we will choose knowledge.
Our scouts will see what others overlook.
Our haulers will carry what others require.
Our intelligence operatives will uncover what others conceal.
Our engineers will understand what others cannot repair.
Our members will learn what others refuse to understand.
We are bound not by conquest, but by knowledge.
Not by fear, but by understanding.
Not by the desire to rule, but by the responsibility to preserve.

Respect all members, allies, and other players.

Make an effort to learn Xi’an culture, language, and lore.

Do not knowingly spread false information. Separate fact from speculation.
4. PROTECT INFORMATION
Keep classified and private information confidential.
5. AVOID UNNECESSARY CONFLICT
Observe and understand before resorting to violence.
6. CONTRIBUTE
Help your fellow members and contribute to the organization.
7. REPRESENT US WELL
When acting on behalf of Hui’p.ūh’yath, conduct yourself responsibly.
