INX Deathwatch as a Star Citizen organization was founded in March of 2026.

Manifesto

INX

Independent by choice. United by purpose.

INX is an independent organization operating throughout the United Empire of Earth and its frontier. Built around cooperation, freedom, and opportunity, INX brings together pilots, explorers, traders, industrialists, contractors, and security personnel under a single banner.

We are not bound to a corporation, government, or single profession. Our members are free to pursue their own interests while contributing to the organization and the people who fly alongside them.

From the established trade routes of Stanton to the uncertain frontiers beyond, INX seeks opportunity wherever the stars lead.

Explore. Trade. Protect. Build.

Whatever your path through the ‘verse, there is a place for you in INX.

Charter

INX Charter

Preamble

INX exists to bring independent individuals together under a common purpose without requiring them to surrender their independence.

We believe the ‘verse is large enough for every kind of pilot, and that cooperation allows individuals to accomplish what they could never accomplish alone.

Membership in INX is a commitment to the organization and to the people who fly beneath its banner.

Article I: Independence

INX remains independent from governments, corporations, and outside organizations.

Members may maintain their own affiliations and pursue their own interests provided they do not knowingly compromise the interests or reputation of INX.

INX does not seek to control the lives of its members. It exists to provide a community, opportunities, and a structure through which members can work together.

Article II: Unity

An INX member does not have to fly the same ship, pursue the same profession, or share the same interests as another member.

We are united by our willingness to cooperate.

Members are expected to assist one another when reasonably able, communicate honestly, and contribute to the organization when they choose to participate in group operations.

Article III: Professionalism

When representing INX, members are expected to conduct themselves with maturity and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, deliberate disruption, and behavior intended to damage the organization or its members have no place within INX.

The reputation of INX is built by the actions of its members.

Article IV: Freedom of Operation

INX recognizes that its members have different goals.

Exploration, trading, industry, transport, security, combat, racing, or simply enjoying the ‘verse are all legitimate pursuits.

No member is required to participate in every activity.

INX provides opportunities rather than obligations.

Article V: Leadership

INX leadership exists to organize, coordinate, and represent the organization.

Leadership is a responsibility, not a privilege of ownership over other members.

Those entrusted with leadership are expected to act in the interests of the organization and its community.

Article VI: Group Operations

Members participating in organized INX operations are expected to follow the direction of the designated operation leader.

Once an operation has concluded, members return to their normal independence.

No operation should require a member to sacrifice their real-life responsibilities.

Article VII: Reputation

Every member represents INX when operating under its banner.

Members are therefore expected to protect the organization’s reputation through honesty, reliability, and respect for others.

A damaged reputation can cost more than a damaged ship.

Article VIII: Real Life Comes First

INX is a gaming organization.

Real life takes priority over organizational activities at all times.

No member is expected to sacrifice their education, employment, family, health, or other real-world responsibilities for INX.

Final Principle

INX was built on a simple idea:

No one should have to fly alone.

The stars belong to everyone willing to reach them.

INX exists to help its members get there.
