Our story begins in a galaxy in constant flux, driven by progress, adventure and the relentless search for the unknown.

In the vastness of the universe, our founder, Hayden Blackford, saw not just stardust and space debris, but endless possibilities. At a time when the UEE was in constant battle against the Vanduul, he recognised the potential that lay dormant in the scattered wreckage and space junk. These abandoned resources could not only be salvaged but also reused, and this is where XPIN’s vision began.

For decades, the Blackford name has stood for progress, innovation and the relentless spirit of entrepreneurship. It was this same spirit that drove our founder, Hayden Blackford, to launch XPIN and lead it into the light of the new era.

The philosophy behind XPIN has always been to look beyond the horizon and see what others have overlooked. While many saw the destruction and chaos of war, Hayden Blackford saw opportunities. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, he merged three core industries – resource acquisition, space salvage and trade and transport of goods – into a coherent and visionary business model.

XPIN was born under the protective shadow of the renowned Blackford Group, but our company has quickly grown into a giant in its own right, breaking new ground with determination and innovative thinking.

Our name, XPIN – an acronym for Exploration & Industries – represents our constant pursuit of discovery and our drive to be at the forefront of industrial development. While our legacy is deeply rooted in the stories and ambitious vision of our founder, we are proud that each and every one of our employees is part of this ongoing journey.

Article I: Mission Statement

XPIN is dedicated to the unwavering pursuit of galactic advancement. By responsibly sourcing and supplying crucial commodities, and by pioneering exploration ventures into the unknown, we aim to be the cornerstone upon which modern civilizations build their futures.

Article II: Corporate Structure

  1. Headquarters: Situated in the heart of the Goss System.
  2. Divisions:
    • Exploration Division: Focused on discovering new frontiers and resources.
    • Industrial Division: Responsible for the sourcing, processing, and distribution of commodities.
    • Trade & Transport Division: Ensuring the efficient movement and sale of products.

Article III: Ethical Guidelines

  1. Every business venture will uphold the highest ethical standards.

Article IX: Amendments

  1. This charter can be amended with a two-thirds majority vote from the board of directors.
