History

Xenotech Industries was founded in 2951 with the intent to become the leading experts on the Vanduul. Due to the many dangers present in the region of space Xenotech Industries has been looking to establish itself expansion of the company and projects has been very slow. The company’s owners continue to press forward though, sure that the returns on their efforts will be well worth it.

Manifesto

Xenotech Industries is a leading edge corporation in all things Xenos. From technology to biology to psychology we explore it all. Our primary mission is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of all xenos threats and find ways to exploit them, ensuring the UEE has the best advantage. Whether going into combat against a xenos threat or seeking to broker trade deals with alien species, you can count on Xenotech Industries to provide what you need to succeed!

The short term goal is to help establish a foothold in uncontrolled space near Vanduul space to support UEE expansion. We also seek to better understand the Vanduul and their ways in the hopes of finding a means to co-exist with at least some of their tribes. To accomplish this we have set the below sub-goals.

Map out Vanduul space; it’ll allow us to determine the best place to setup operations, also determine the best routes for logistics/attacks/fallback positions etc.

Gather resources for operations.

Establish working relations with any/all organizations in Vanduul space.

Identify and “patent” Vanduul based tech; For example weapons or ship systems from a fighter that we can reverse engineer/mass reproduce for our security teams to use and show off.

The long term goal is to push beyond Vanduul space to discover what else lies in waiting for discovery out there.

Department heads and Commanders are also authorized to establish their own internal goals that they believe would help towards accomplishing our organizations larger goals and keep interest and morale up.

Charter

1. First and foremost Xenotech Industries (XTID) comes first. This means both the corporation as a whole and the individuals that make up the corporation. We will help outsiders when we can, and for a price, but our people come first.

2. As a law abiding agency we must strive always to embody the laws of the UEE as well as the internal regulations governing our corporation. All members of XTID will earn fair compensation and have opportunities to earn significantly more for additional efforts.

3. No stealing or skimming off the top. All members of XTID will earn fair compensation and have opportunities to earn significantly more for additional efforts.

4. See everything through to the end with your best effort. We are professionals and we should not leave any mission unfinished. If additional; support or resources are required simply request it and if feasible it will be granted. Keeping in mind that we are still out to make a profit and aren’t a charity, but leadership will determine when we should cut our losses as sometimes a financial loss can still result in a gain elsewhere.

5. Respect the decisions of the leadership. Even if it doesn’t come directly from the Triumvirate, the triumvirate has appointed others to act on our behalf and what they say should be treated the same as if it comes from the triumvirate itself.

6. Be respectful to each other. Any disputes are to be solved in a civilized and cordial manner. A mediator can be requested if any party of the dispute feels one is needed. Mediator will be selected from available leadership and will act without bias. If you believe a mediators actions/decisions are in question you can request a review by the triumvirate.

7. All contracts will be run through the Mission Manager. This allows us to ensure fair and equitable business both for our members and any partners or individuals we do business with. This also means if you run across any missions yourself to please forward them to the Mission Manager, with a request if you wish to take the job yourself. While remembering the first law, we also need to remember that to make a profit and take care of our people requires a good reputation with external entities.
