At Off The Rails Salvage Crew, one person’s wreck is another’s payday. We specialize in digging through the ‘verse’s leftovers—ships, cargo, and the occasional mystery box—and turning ‘junk’ into credits. If it’s broken, we’ll fix it, haul it, or sell it to someone who thinks they can.

Manifesto

At Off The Rails Salvage Crew, one person’s wreck is another’s payday. We specialize in digging through the ‘verse’s leftovers—ships, cargo, and the occasional mystery box—and turning ‘junk’ into credits. If it’s broken, we’ll fix it, haul it, or sell it to someone who thinks they can. We’re not picky, just efficient. After all, there’s no such thing as trash, just parts waiting for a purpose… and a price tag.

To be the most trusted name in salvage across the ‘verse, where every broken ship, scrap, and derelict finds new life and value. We aim to turn the forgotten into the functional, proving that with the right crew, no job is too busted to fix—or too profitable to pass up.

Charter

Crew Comes First
We watch each other’s backs. A salvage run is only profitable if we all make it home. Leave no one stranded unless they’re already floating.

The Captain Calls the Shots
When on a job, the chain of command keeps us alive. If Cole Train (or any appointed lead) gives an order, you follow it. Disagreements can happen after we’re back at base.

What’s Found Is Shared
Salvage spoils are split fairly, according to effort. No pocketing “extras” on the sly—we notice, and trust is harder to fix than a busted engine.

No Job Too Small, No Job Too Dirty
We don’t pick and choose the glamorous work. If there’s profit in it, we’re doing it. Get dirty, get paid.

Don’t Shoot First—Unless You Have To
Salvage operations sometimes get competitive. Try diplomacy first; blasters second. Getting paid is the goal, not starting a war.

Respect the Ship
The ship’s our home and lifeline—treat it like one. Clean your bunk, don’t drain the power supply on pointless stuff, and if you damage it, you fix it.

Scrap Talk Stays In-House
What happens on the Broken Rail stays on the Broken Rail. No outside gossip, no spilling job details to strangers. Loyalty keeps us together.

Plan Ahead or Stay Behind
Always check your gear before a job—ammo, suits, tools, everything. If you’re not ready when we burn out, you’re staying on the dock.

Broken Doesn’t Mean Worthless
This applies to salvage, ships, and crew members alike. We make the most of what we’ve got, and we never leave potential behind.
