Events that took place since the foundation day are kept private in the Organization’s Archives.
We are a team working towards a common objective: enjoying time spent together and helping each other, growing united and doing more than what we could as lone individuals while having a good time doing it.
Security levels, abbreviated by SEC and the [number] of its relative level, are meant to simply distinguish between general communication channels starting from SEC 1, moving up to SEC 2 where non critical but more sensitive information must be discussed, and culminating in the highest security level being SEC 5 where highly restricted access intel pertaining critical matters is shared.
Everyone will be assigned a base rank based on their security clearance level and will be granted access to additional roles reflecting one’s interests and area of competence.
Let’s for example say you are a miner who just joined the organization, you would be: SEC 1 – Mining Branch, Common.
Another example would be that of a more experienced player that has high responsibilities in the organization and makes sure the outposts are operational:
SEC 3 – Bases Branch, Director.
Branches serve the purpose of better framing the operations of a group of members allowing those with a profession preference to partake in said activity together, on the social side, meanwhile from the org’s side they serve the purpose of knowing who is needed for a required operation, having a built in chain of command for that group allowing it to be very effective.
Branches are the core of the organization and they will work together in order to achieve our common goal alongside with benefitting everyone. It is important that what apparently may seem like opposite professions at first are well integrated with one another for allowing us to reach a bigger scope.
Branches include, as of now, the following professions:
Sourcing Branch (Mining, Salvaging, ecc)
Logistics Branch
Bases Branch
Combat Branch
Medical Branch
While they all are provided their internal comms channels for communications that may not concern members inside the branch itself, during operations, their prep, briefings and debreafings, ALL members are to communicate at what we call The Common Table, a dedicated area for the different branches and individual members to interact to make sure erveryone is aware of everything necessay.
Every branch will be granted access to the Organization’s VODs (Vessels On Duty) to carry out operations and will have the following inner chain of command in order to be efficient:
HEAD
DIRECTOR
MANAGER
SENIOR
ADVANCED OPERATOR
COMMON
Generosity is well seen amongst our ranks.
The Fireplace itself also intends to give back to its contributing members.
No current Shares Systems are officially in the game yet. Once released, shares distribution will be based initially on members’ SEC Clearance as baseline, as well as proportionally based on contribution to the common good.
