The Top Secret (TS) Organization is relatively new, & was formed to establish ‘Standards of Excellence’ in Comradeship, Mining, Salvaging, Crafting, Teamwork, & Security.
The Top Secret (TS) Organization will be headquartered at Orison on Crusader, in the Stanton System. The TS Headquarters may be moved at any time to fulfil strategic requirements.
Information security & organizational matters are of the utmost importance. Infractions &/or discipline matters will be resolved by the TS leadership Group.
The Mission of TS is to establish land bases across the verse, & be respected for our skills, integrity, enthusiasm, & moral fortitude.
The TS Leadership Group may at anytime review, or change the contents of the TS Organizations Manifesto.
CHARTER
Top Secret Organization
Code of Conduct
General Behaviour:
i. Behave in a mature manner, & remain in control of your emotions at all times,
ii. DO NOT start problems, or, conduct doxxing of any type,
iii. Respect other Org members, &, remain patient at all times,
iv. There must never be any bullying, sexism, racism, or any type prejudice, &
v. TS member relationships, inside & outside of the Organization, must remain respectful & in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
Corporate Representation:
i. Always remember that you represent the Top Secret (TS) Organization’, &, yourself when communicating in any way with Robert Space Industries, its affiliates, employees, Spectrum, Discord Servers, & any communication mediums related to, or in any way corresponding to Star Citizen.
ii. TS members must not become involved in diplomatic, or associated discussions with other organizations, whether they be formal or informal discussions. Your discussions may inadvertently impinge upon the TS Manifesto, &, Charter. If the matter is of high importance, members must convey the essence of the matter to TS higher leadership as a matter of urgency.
iii. TS members who may have concerns regarding the conduct of other members must directly report the concern or grievance to your team leader. If that is not appropriate, the member must report the matter to the next level up, & so on. Section, &, Team leaders will resolve the matter at the local level, or forward the matter to higher leadership for resolution. The individual privacy of all members concerned with any matter will always be respected & guarded.
iv. TS members who become aware of any problematic &/or negative publicity concerning the TS organization must urgently report the matter to their respective team leader. If possible, all Image Evidence must be provided. All matters of such nature must be reported to higher leadership for attention.
Unauthorised Disclosure:
i. All information relating to the ‘Top Secret Organization’ falls under the protection of ‘Information Security’.
ii. The conveyance of ‘all’ Top Secret Organization information will regarded & tasked on a ‘Need to Know’ basis.
iii. Information of ‘any’ type regarding all Fleet Operations & Assets (Strategic & Tactical), Order of Battle, & dispersal of Strategic Assets must never be conveyed to any person, or placed on any communications medium, unless there is a designated ‘Need to Know’ requirement that has been approved by Counsel.
Rank & Promotions:
i. Rank Titles may change at any time to reflect internal staffing changes within the organization.
ii. Members will be promoted according to Merit, &, Leadership abilities.
Discipline:
TS does not tolerate Piracy of any type, & the following definition of Piracy applies; Piracy includes but is not limited to, an act of robbery or criminal violence by ship or land borne individuals upon another occupied or unoccupied ship or land based area; typically with the goal of killing members from another Org, stealing cargo &/or a ship(s), damaging a ship(s) &/or infrastructure, & stealing &/or damaging valuable goods.
Piracy also includes:
i. Identified by the appointed Verse law enforcement department to be guilty & assigned punishment for supporting or engaging in piracy,
ii. Committing an unsolicited act of force, intimidation, theft, coercion, or extortion toward individuals, property, & other assets,
iii. Declaring to be a player in support of Pirate behaviour, or assists another player(s) who is a Pirate as defined above.
Do not attack a member(s) from another allied Organization. Members have the right to defend themselves, but return fire only when fired upon.
Loyalty:
TS members must value the TS Organization, & assign their loyalty to this Organization.
Dismissal:
Exploitation of gaming programmable errors is unacceptable.
Failure to adhere to the aforementioned articles may see the member removed from the ‘Top Secret Organization’.
Addendum:
The TS Leadership Group may at anytime review, or change the contents of the TS Organizations Charter.
