I am curious into upgrading my T16000 controllers to WinWing Ursa (nice name) Minor controllers. However I have 2 questions. (one being more important for my purchage the other i am just curious about. 1. They have 2 different models. The Space model (with a horizontally place controller) or the more standard model, just the typical joystick. Now I know that with other brands for example Virpil, the Flightstick Z-Extension is a seperate piece. So you can choose to see if you like it by modifying your controller. Now I reached out to WinWing, and I did get a reply. However, I am not sure if they really understood my question. Their answer to my question: Can the horizontal extension for the Ursa Minor Space Joystick be removed? was Dear customer, we do not recommend you to modify our device, thanks Which I guess kind of is an answer. They also don't sell the part itself so it might just be stuck. Which is not horrible but it does make me wonder which of the different models I want. If i can remove it very easily and installed it as a basical joystick, obviously i would just buy both the horizontal ones. Does anyone have any experience with this? 2. The joysticks have haptic feedback, however, I think StarCitizen does not really have any telemetric for this if i am correct? I heard some can respond to sounds though. Is this somethign that is possible for all joysticks or is this a feature that is.. idk driver related per device?
