Commissioning of the SCS Goodwealth CTT 117
Giving this day 20th of January 2949. We take honor in commissioning the SCS Goodwealth CTT 117 named after James F. Goodwealth. Who in a daring battle with the tavaran, during the first Tavaran War, manage to use a Corvette-class ship to disable and destroy 2 tavern capital ships, by using torpedoes his ship was able to land a hit which caused the engines of the first tavaran ship to explode. After this with nearly all of his ordnance depleted he ordered his ship to turn on the second tavaran ship using turreted weaponry managing to damage there life support system and vent there atmosphere to space. In the battle 20 men from his crew were lost. Captain Goodwealth himself was critically injured to falling debris while trying to rescue one of his crew. His actions are in keeping with the highest standard of navy traditions and horror we are proud to name CTT 117 after him today to horror his memory bravery and sacrifice.
