RB was enlisted as a techie/sniper marine, earned his wings in the F7C. Years back he and his crew were gambling races at Grimhex, winning a M2 off an 9tail crew but they tried to kill him instead. The incident sparked a 3 day standoff attracting 1000's of 9tails and marines, the brawl lasted several days leaving half the station in shambles but we got the keys.
RB was recently spotted hauling supplies in convoy of M2's from Orion to Davien. Their rebels are fighting against a lockup.. the state claimed "its for safety, thou shalt own nothing and be happy".. straight after a mysterious Xi'an disease plagued their planets.
RB's preferred shredders are the F55 or a blacked out Archangel P6-LR.
