Why should the Origin 100i be the 2952 Best in Show?
My Origin 325a was my second ship from the Kickstarter. So when the 100i line came out, I scoffed at it. It seemed completely unnecessary. And not worth the price compared to the 300i series. But then it was the “Ship of the Month” so I thought I’d give it a chance. The first time I called it up and walked onto the pad, I fell in love. It was a beautiful, sleek, little ship. If I don’t want to bother with a big ship like my 400i I’ll call up it or my Pisces. It’s great flying in atmo. And with its AIR system, you’re never running out of fuel. With such a low profile, it’s even easier to park it at a hostile bunker than it is the Pisces. The Avenger Titan is still my #1 pick for best starter ship, but if you want something a bit sleeker, the 100i series is definitely my #2 recommendation, followed closely by the Pisces. They’re all good starter ships, but unlike the Auroras and Mustangs, I still fly them.
