Cut out with coping saw and router. For some reason I had the image of stairs leading off the landing pads. Nothing a bit of wood filler could not fix.

Artistic license and left over sprues from the ship build. Also what ever I had lying around the shed to start the scratch built lights.

Many experimentations these were discarded.

Went with picture frame rubber grommets.

Covered the base with resin to give that icy wet feel.

Placed images of completed ship In DRJF's discord and was urged to do a diorama. This is the result.
