When the 890 hit the PU, we decided to see just how long we could keep one in space using bed logouts and using it as a hub of activity. Up until last night I was able to log in each day to wake up aboard, with other org members logging in after if they had also bedded down on the 890. For many hours each day the ship was in space with org members and friends coming and going using the hangars and airlocks. It was a blast.
Last night our cruise finally ended with a server crash, but it was amazing the ship was never stored during the entire 11 day period. Attached are some photos (hopefully in order) from the trip. Refueling hydrogen fuel was accomplished with several hours of coasting through space letting it scoop. In many cases a couple of us were logged on just to drift for hours as ambiance while we worked our day jobs. I can only imagine the fun this will be when we can base activity off of capital ships. Amazing work CIG seeing to the details. Looking forward to it just getting better!!!
