Why should the Greycat PTV be the 2952 Best in Show?

When the Ship Showdown was opened up to land vehicles, only one came to mind. The Greycat PTV. It is the first vehicle, of any sort, that moved in the game. I remember buying my first PTV from Voyager Direct and driving it around my hangar back when the Freelancer and 325a still looked like they did in the original ship commercials. And I remember thinking it was silly to spend money on paint for something I was just going to use driving around my hangar. I was wrong.

When going on a mission, I like to use the biggest vehicle my ship will carry. Only my C2 can carry my Spartan. Only my 600i and Mercury can carry my Ursa Fortuna. But just about everything can carry the PTV. Even my Avenger. And with a bit of elbow grease and persistence, I’ve even seen people get it in a Pisces.

This is not a meme, I was legitimately excited to see what appears to be a Gold Standard PTV in the racing videos for 3.18. I am really hoping that they bring back the PTV paints. And for the Gold Standard, a little shelf behind the seats to store one of the little ⅛ SCU cargo boxes would be nice. And a bit more give to the suspension to make it easier to roll into and out of the smaller ships, like the Pisces.
