Holding the Line: The Vanguard.

You cannot go wrong with the Vanguard. Whichever variant you fly, this bird will own the skies. With enough firepower and shields to scrap with just about anyone in the Verse and having you come home with that 'W' under your belt.

(Well, expect for @Avenger_One. Seriously, if you see that guy just ALT-F4 to save time. Even if he is in a Prospector… ESPECIALLY if he is in a Prospector. Where was I? Oh Right!)

This Jack-of-Most-Trades can do just about everything but was made for combat. She’s a tough girl; well, she was tougher before the size 2 shields were messed with. CIG why are Size 2 shields only front and back? Why do they only have two shield faces to absorb damage while the other sizes have four? What the hell were you thinking?

Anyway, I love this boat. She is my go-to for solo flying as she allows me to bounty hunt, do box missions, and even has storage to bring home weapons and gear from bunkers and other FPS missions. She DOES need a bit of a rework, at least add buttons! Would love to have a button to drop the tail, or get into a turret, rather than trying to stand in the ‘sweet spot.’
