Is the UEE flag from Star Citizen a Bad Flag?

This is intended as a bit of fun, so don't take it too seriously folks! And apologies if I criticise a flag that you hold dear: I am not trying to disrespect your country/state, just comment on the design of its flag.

I'm trying a lower-effort method of video production here with just a presentation. Let me know if you like this, because they are much easier for me to make than one where I record my face (mostly because I am an obsessive perfectionist).
