CRUISER DOG

"A griddled hot dog topped with diced tomatoes, diced onions, sliced chilies, and a drizzle of mayonnaise."

Brioche Hot Dog Buns

All Beef Hot dogs

Kewpie Mayonnasie

Chopped Tomatoes

Chopped Red Onions

Sliced Chilis - Serrano or Jalapeno

Cook the Hot Dogs on a Griddle or Skillet to your prefered Doneness. Toast the inside of the Bun, for a minute or so, in the same pan. Once the Bun is toasted, top with the Hot Dog, Tomatoes, Onions, Chilis, and give it a quick drizzle of the Mayo. Enjoy!
