Star Citizen referrals jump on Invictus week

Along with record funding, there has been a dramatic increase in Star Citizen referral code usage as new backers come into the game.

The Invictus week celebrations had a spectacular display of the Javelin which has never been seen in game. Along with the Javelin were two Idris and F-8 Heavy Fighters which made their way between space ports.

The event was a huge success, but not without its problems. Some server outages and issues getting past the character creation screen plagued the initial days. These issues were resolved, but some early visitors coming from free flight no doubt left disappointed with their experience.
