StratOasis Atmospheric Outpost Concept

I've been hoping to see floating outpost destinations around Crusader's atmosphere, so I thought would be fun to try and rough-model an idea for modular floating platforms that are lower-tech than Orison's shipyard structures.

With modular features, maybe these floating destinations could support player missions of various kinds: Weather/Storm monitoring stations might need data runners, Wind-trap moisture farms may need haulers to supply Orison with potable water. Gas refineries may trade with and repair Starfarers that dive for hydrogen or exotic gasses from deep cloud layers.

Maybe high-altitude outposts would be useful on some rocky-worlds as well to mix up the destinations a bit?
