Why should the Origin 400i be the 2952 Best in Show?

I admit that I bought the 400i during the concept sale largely based on looks. I love the Origin look and currently have an X1-Force, G12, 125a, 325a, 400i, and a 600i explorer. Since it launched, it has rapidly become my daily driver when I’m solo or just playing with 1-2 other friends. It is a fine-looking ship and it really shows the improvements that CIGs designers have made in terms of skill since the 600i. But it’s not just the form, it’s the function. The 400i is surprisingly fast, both in space and in atmo. It is one of the fastest ships in-game only beaten by some of the faster fighters, and the Herald. The X1 bay is great for box missions. The weapons rack is great for kitting out teammates (when it works). The airlock is great for space missions or dropping out into a hostile zone (JT), and also loading up cargo outside of armistice (JT and XT). The cargo lift is connected to the Vehicle Inventory (unlike the 600i’s) so it’s nice for looting bunkers. And if you need a vehicle, the Cyclone with a 1SCU cargo box is a wonderful combination. I recommend the Invictus Blue and Gold for the Cyclone too. All blue exterior with a solid gold dashboard. It’s ridiculous. And so very Origin.
