Virpil: use coolie hat as tractor beam in/decrease

You are tired of cramping and hurting your fingers while using a ship tractor beam with your mouse? I got you! (If you have a Virpil device)

VPC Version: 202110102

Step1:

- choose your device next to the big green ready sign in the upper left corner - goto _AXIS to button_ and select the axis assigned to your collie hat (In my case axis 3 (rY) for up/down hat) - set values like in the image #2 (two times axis 3 with range 60% to 100% and 0% to 40%) - set result buttons (these are the physical buttons that will be assigned as a "press")

Step2:

- goto BUTTONS on the left side (image #3) - on the right side assign your _physical buttons_ (34 & 35 in my case) to some free _logic buttons_ (in my case also 34 & 35) - set both buttons (double click on them) to EncoderDial and tick the Delay for encoders... box

Step3:

- goto ingame Options -> keybindings -> advanced control configuration and choose your device - goto Vehicle-Salvage and set your buttons accordingly
