Those mocking had caused great embarrassment and more than once lead to diplomatic attrition with foreign dignitaries. In recent years though a sub cultural movement of artists and hipsters started to revive those old Messer age vintage junk food logos and brands for what they claim an important historical and cultural preservation. At the same time rampant misoxenist movements adopted those brands as a sign of pride to show off their scorn toward other alien species and their disdain of the xenofriendly politics of the government that they define effeminate and too much politically correct.
