A retired UEE Captain that now officially works as a 'freelancer' to fund racing and whatever mischief seems interesting to get into at the time. He was known in the UEEN for unorthodox tactics to the displeasure of his CO, but he got results which annoyed his CO even more.
He was successful in operations to unleash chaos behind enemy lines as the UEE fought to retake and secure the Vega sector along the Vanduul border for operation Mandrake. After Vega was secured and the Vanduul pushed back, he left the UEEN and went to work with his family's construction logistics company while they were doing reconstruction projects in the dangerous border regions.
