Native of Vega II and former spec op for the UEE
Made a name for himself serving as a Marine in the UEE's 2nd fleet under Admiral Bishop, stationed on Vega II when the Vanduul attacked in 2945, igniting the ongoing Vanduul war.
Having distinguished himself in the battle and despite the destruction of his homeworld, Jarrell became a part of Operation Mandrake now serving as a combat pilot, playing a key part in securing victory over a Vanduul clan in the Oberon system.
Jarrell joined a Spec ops team going deep into Vanduul territory in search of intelligence on other clans. Frustrations over a lack of will to act, Jarrell eventually left the UEE Navy in 2950.
Deciding to join a private military organisation the Raven Guard, Jarrell has been able to gather a fleet worth a small fortune, that will fulfill his ultimate goal. The complete annihilation of the Vanduul clans.
