Founded in 2938, the Lost Souls are a brotherhood of thieves bound by loyalty, honour, and strength. Feared across the stars, they seize wealth from corporations and traders, capturing vessels and leaving only fear and legend behind.

History

The Lost Souls were founded in 2938 during an age where greed, corruption, and unchecked corporate expansion consumed the stars. Across the shipping lanes of the empire, traders grew wealthy while countless outlaws, drifters, and forgotten souls were abandoned to survive among the wreckage of civilization.

From this chaos emerged a brotherhood unlike any other.

The founders of the Lost Souls sought to establish a code of honour among thieves — a creed built not upon law, but upon loyalty, brotherhood, and strength. They believed that survival in the universe belonged not to the rich or the powerful, but to those willing to take what they needed by force, cunning, and unity.

What began as a small band of raiders evolved into a feared and respected organization operating across contested systems and forgotten spaceways. The Lost Souls became infamous for targeting corporate convoys, private security fleets, and wealthy traders who profited from exploitation and oppression.

Though ruthless in battle, the organization developed a distinct reputation:

Loyalty to brethren above all else
No abandonment of fellow members
Wealth is shared through the brotherhood
Strength earns respect
Betrayal is punished without mercy

Rather than destroy valuable vessels outright, the Lost Souls often prefer to capture enemy ships intact, eliminate resistance, and ransom the vessels back to the corporations that once owned them. To some they are pirates. To others they are liberators. To themselves, they are simply survivors in a lawless universe.

Manifesto

“We are the forgotten.
We are the hunted.
We are the souls cast aside by empire and corporation alike.”

The Lost Souls reject the authority of corporations, governments, and tyrants who exploit the weak while hiding behind fleets and credits.

We believe:

Loyalty is stronger than law
Brotherhood outweighs blood
Freedom is earned through strength
Wealth belongs to those willing to seize it
Fear is a weapon
Respect must be taken, never requested

We do not kneel before empires.

We do not serve corporations.

We take from those who built their fortunes upon suffering and greed.

Every raid is a message.
Every captured vessel is a warning.
Every victory strengthens the brotherhood.

The universe abandoned us long ago.
Now it will remember our name.
