The hostile infinite vastness of space has become home to mankind for centuries. Many people have emigrated to build up a new existence there or to search for adventures.

Still Freedom bares risks. Disagreement belongs to human nature. It is the ambition of the Neutral Security Agency to avert any resulting conflict.

The mission of peacekeeping exists for a long time but since the exploration of space it became more and more difficult.
This is why the Neutral Security Agency chose a new organizational structure which allows it to be active wherever it is needed.
We aescort and protect selective vulnerable people and objects at risk. Often this is already enough to prevent aggressors from attacking and to protect even them from something worse.

We are not an attacking force and therefore not available as such. Instead we stand up between the lines and prevent the upcoming conflict. Force of arms is only to protect, but if it has to be used, it is used vigorously.

Important: We are neutral but not indifferent. We may decline a request in case of moral, legal or other conflicts.

Die lebendsfeindlichen Weiten des Alls bieten der Menschheit seit nunmehr Jahrhunderten ein neues Zuhause. Viele haben sich aufgemacht, um hier eine neue Existenz aufzubauen oder das Abenteuer zu suchen.

Doch Freiheit birgt auch Risiken. Uneinigkeit gehört zur Natur des Menschen. Daraus resultierende Konflikte abzuwenden ist das Ziel der Neutral Security Agency.

Der Auftrag der Friedenssicherung existiert schon lange Zeit, doch seit der Erschließung des Weltraums ist er zunehmend schwerer auszuführen.
Daher wählte die Neutral Security Agency ein neues Organisationsmodell, welches es ihr ermöglicht dort aktiv zu werden, wo sie gebraucht wird:
Wir begleiten und schützen gezielt gefährdete Personen und Objekte. Häufig gelingt es dadurch sogar Aggressoren von ihrem Vorhaben abzubringen und selbst diese so vor Schlimmeren zu bewahren.

Wir sind keine Angriffsarmee und stehen daher nicht als solche zur Verfügung. Statdessen stellen wir uns zwischen die Fronten und verhindern den aufkommenden Konflikt. Waffengewalt wird nur zum Schutz, dann aber mit Konsequenz angewendet.

Wichtig: Wir sind neutral, aber nicht indifferent, weshalb wir Aufträge möglicherweise aufgrund gesetzlicher, moralischer oder anderer Konflikte ablehnen.

I. Terminology

Members -. Everyone on the “Members” list, independent from his/her current activity
Team – A Group of members and/or external People assigned to a dedicated mission. The team can exist before the execution of the contract has started. A team is “active” from the start of execution until the completion of the job.
Team Members -. Someone who is currently assigned to a specific team, even if the
contract is not being carried out yet.
Object(s) of the mission or mission object(s) – ship(s) or other object(s) to be protected

II. Use of Armed Force

Teams in action will not use weapons unless the team or mission object(s) are in imminent danger. Before starting to fire, the source of threat has to be contacted to avoid a confrontation if possible.

III. Endangering of non-mission Objects

The Mission has top priority. If another close-by object, which is not the subject of this or any other mission, is in immediate danger, the team will only intervene if there is otherwise a danger for the mission or the team.

IV. Activities of members off duty

Members who are currently not on duty for the Neutral Security Agency act solely at their own responsibility. Their actions can not be brought in connection with the Neutral Security Agency. However the Neutral Security Agency will protect their members in dangerous situations.
Members are not allowed to endanger the Neutral Security Agency, its members or ongoing missions, regardless of the current participation in the mission itself.

I. Begrifflichkeiten

Mitglied — Jeder, der auf der “Members”-Liste erscheint, unabhängig von der aktuellen Aktivität.
Team — Eine Gruppe von Mitgliedern und / oder Externen, die einem konkreten Auftrag zugewiesen wurden. Das Team kann bestehen, bevor die Ausführung des Auftrages beginnt. Ein “im Einsatz befindliches Team” besteht ab Beginn der Ausführung bis zum Abschluss des Auftrags.
Teammitglied — Jemand, der aktuell einem konkreten Team zugewiesen ist, auch wenn die Ausführung des Auftrags noch nicht begonnen hat.
Auftragsgegenstand (/-stände) — Im Auftrag vereinbarte(s) zu schützende(s) Schiff(e) oder andere(s) Objekt(e).

II. Einsatz von Waffengewalt

Im Einsatz befindliche Teams werden keine Waffengewalt anwenden, es sei denn, das Team oder Auftragsgegenstände befinden sich in akuter Gefahr. Vor Eröffnen des Feuers ist Kontakt zur Quelle der Bedrohung aufzubauen, um eine Konfrontation nach Möglichkeit zu vermeiden.

III. Gefährdung von Nicht-Auftragsgegenständen

Der Auftrag hat oberste Priorität. Sollte sich ein anderes in der Nähe befindliches Objekt, welches nicht Gegenstand des aktuellen oder eines anderen Auftrags ist, in akuter Gefahr befinden, wird das Team nur einschreiten, wenn ansonsten die Mission gefährdet wird.

IV. Handlungen nicht im Einsatz befindlicher Mitglieder

Außerhalb von Aufträgen handeln die Mitglieder der Neutral Security Agency ausschließlich auf eigene Verantwortung. Ihre Aktionen können nicht mit der Neutral Security Agency in Verbindung gebracht werden. Die Neutral Security Agency wird jedoch ihre Mitglieder in Gefahrensituationen schützen.
Mitglieder dürfen zu keiner Zeit die Neutral Security Agency, ihre Mitglieder oder laufende Missionen — unabhängig von der Beteiligung des Mitglieds an selbiger — gefährden.
