Shubin Interstellar and the United Earth Mining Corporation announced today that they reached an agreement wherein Shubin will hand over to the UEMC seventeen claims in the Stanton system, including eleven claims in the Aaron Halo asteroid belt. In return, the UEMC will hand over to Shubin nine claims recently discovered in the Akiro Cluster asteroid field. Hand overs will be completed within the next six months.

“The agreement was reached after several months of negotiations, and represents the largest transaction in history between our respective organizations,” said Gavin Arlington, CEO of Shubin. “With this transaction, Shubin will be able to expand its existing mining operations in the Akiro Cluster, while the UEMC will be able to open new mining sites in the Stanton system to sustain its fast growth,” added Noiser, CEO of the UEMC.
