How does it handle missiles? Every time I do a swarm I get missile death.

This, as well as ships like the Hawk and Bucc, you have to be EXTRA careful to not lose a single part of your ship. Because of this, any missile (including proximity ones) can be very deadly.
With that said, there are 2 schools of thought. You can either go brute force and go do a military/industrial build or stealth/civilian build for a massive reduction in EM/IR signatures. Those that can't really brute force it (ex: Arrow/Archimedes) have no choice but to go the stealth route (that seems to be the only way I can dodge the missiles), whereas in the Sabre, it makes more sense to go balls out brute force.
For this Khartu-Al run specifically, you only have to look at my EM/IR values to see that I'm running military/industrial components (notice that my EM/IR values average above 10k)...and because of that, I also had to constantly keep my speed up, since fighting in SCM with high EM/IR values is certain to be death by missiles (at least in swarms...with this patch).

Same to me.
Flying HOTAS.
When reaching wave 7 it’s over because of too much missiles.
I know I am not a very good pilot but is it just skill or do you have a hint that helps?

Like I mention in the other reply, you can either go military/industrial vs stealth/civilian and which one you pick depends on your preferred playstyle. As a contrast to the Khartu-Al video, here's the exact opposite playstyle but accomplishes the same thing.

Khartu-Al with Military/Industrial components, easy to lock on to, so we go high-speed combat with fixed weapons (long-range striker).
VS
Archimedes with Stealth/Civilian components, hard to get a lock, so we can go in close for positional SCM combat with gimbaled weapons (close-range grappler).
Neither one can really afford to eat missiles (like the Sabre), so you kinda have to play into the strength of your build ahead of time.
