Aiolos Racing / ARACING

The Aiolos Racing Manifesto is still being written. Below are some key points to be expanded later.

Aiolos Racing was founded to race and to win races. As a team, Aiolos Racing should become one of the most renowned race teams in UEE space.

Aiolos Racing is all about clean and pure racing. While it supports drivers who race in Div-T (Combat Racing), Aiolos prefers those Pilots who race in Div-H. Aiolos Racing does not condone illegal racing and gambling, due to it’s dangers both on and off the track.

Aiolos Racing’s Pilots are some of the best in UEE space. Aiolos is very supportive of it’s Junior Pilots, and takes great pride in raising them to the championship level. Championship Pilots are heavily supported by Aiolos, both on and off the track.

Aiolos Racing looks forward to it’s relationships with corporate and technical partners. It is the hope that these relationships make both parties stronger.

Roles

One of number of roles are available to members of Aiolos Racing. These roles are not final and will be changed as more information about racing in Star Citizen comes to light.

• A Team Principal is responsible for the overall direction of the team.
• A Team Principal has the final say in major team decisions.

• A Technical Director is responsible for the running a part of the team, be it a race team or corporate negotiations.
• Technical Directors will be given their specific when they join Aiolos Racing or are promoted.

• By Aiolos standards, a Championship Pilot is a racing pilot who has achieved the 20 qualifying points required to enter a championship race.
• Championship Pilots will have the full support of Aiolos Racing.
• Championship Pilots are expect to represent Aiolos Racing in all regulation and championship races they attend (racing or otherwise).
• Aiolos Racing Championship Pilots are not to race in illegal races.

• Race Engineers are responsible for the preparation, building, setup, and running of a single ship. Multiple Race Engineers may be assigned to one race ship.
• A Race Engineers specific role could be anything from reskinning a ship, buying/tuning race parts, to helping a Pilot better understand a track.
• Race Engineers report directly to their Technical Director.

• By Aiolos standards, a Junior Pilot is a racing pilot who has not achieved the 20 qualifying points required to enter a championship race.
• Aiolos Racing is happy to support promising Junior Pilots and nurture their journey through low tier regulation racing.
• Aiolos supported Junior Pilots who become Championship Pilots are expected to remain with Aiolos Racing for at least one season (TBC).

• Become an official Aiolos Racing Supporter.
• Supporters are not bound to Aiolos Racing in anyway, but are invited to attend races.
