History

Founded in 2950, Galactic Dynamics would be the brainchild of a group of friends looking to explore the universe. Coming from a variety of backgrounds in Medicine, Shipping, Armed Forces and Industry, they decided to start Galadyne to bring their expertise to those who required it. While Galadyne has its roots in Shipping and Commerce with a Fleet of Long and Short Range Haulers and Trade Vessels, it also has branches in Exploration, Personnel Protection and Mining. Each of these branches is managed and staffed by subject matter experts in their respective fields and are simply the best at what they do.

Manifesto

Galactic Dynamics or Galadyne brings superb customer service with perfect performance to the table. Our vision is to bring the worlds of Exploration, Industry and Protection together to create an experience unlike any other. Our fleet of high-performance vessels bring the universe together in order to bring the best products to the table.

Charter

Galadyne is a for-profit corporation with its customers’ and members’ privacy and well-being in mind. We follow a strict set of guidelines that accomplish that mission:

Respect.
At Galadyne, All team members and managers promote an environment of respect and good-will. At no point will any employee of Galadyne use racist or sexist remarks, slander or any other harmful language towards other team members or customers.

Personal Responsibility.
We foster an environment of learning and development. In order for that occur, each team member has a personal responsibility to seek the help they need, as well as managers, who have the responsibility to assist team members in their development and growth. Every individual should be encouraging growth within Galadyne and those who do are rewarded.

Training.
Team Members may find themselves in positions that they have never found themselves in. The leaders at Galadyne will ensure that every team member is trained to handle these situations and be available for mentorship for those around them. As a team member, you are responsible for seeking out training to better develop yourself and further both Galadyne’s and your own personal goals.

Chain of Command.
The Chain of Command for Galadyne currently consists of Six different levels

Level 1- Trainee:
As a trainee, your responsibilities are to go through initial training, as well as figure out where you fit in Galadyne. With five different branches, it can often be intimidating figuring out where you wish to go. Fear not, as each employee can join up to two departments within Galadyne, and lateral transitions are available who find their skills and desires to be changing. This period is a time for both you and Galadyne to find out where your skills and desires fit within our company. Once your initial training is complete, you will have the ability to travel with our five divisions to find your place at Galadyne, and once ready to choose, let your supervisor know to be promoted to a full team member.

Level 2- Team Member:
Once promoted to a team member, you will be assigned a team lead by a Supervisor. Your team will consist of 3-5 other team members and will become the smallest unit of our family. Your job is to accomplish the goals set out by your leadership, while also finding new and innovative ways for Galadyne to expand its abilities and efficiency. Once you have been a team member for a while and feel that you are ready to move into the next role within Galadyne, Contact your supervisor to begin your process in becoming a supervisor.

Level 3- Supervisor:
A supervisor is responsible for leading our teams and is the life-blood of Galadyne. They handle the day to day operations for their team and are the most important part of Galadyne. Each Supervisor Reports to a Manager who will provide guidance for each team, but Supervisors are ultimately responsible for accomplishing the mission at hand. In addition, Supervisors are responsible for the development of their team members and provide opportunities for growth and development for their team.

Level 4- Manager:
Managers are responsible for providing guidance for their three teams assigned to them. They may join in on one of these teams to look for any rising stars, and to provide mentorship and guidance for supervisors. As a middle-level manager, you are responsible for your three teams’ well-being, accomplishing the mission, and working with other leaders in finding ways for Galadyne to be the best company it can. Each manager will report to the Division Manager of their leg of Galadyne and receive guidance from them.

Level 5- Division Manager:
There will be one division manager per leg of Galadyne. Shipping and Hauling, Mining, Exploration, Protection Services, Planetary Development and Training each have one division manager responsible for the growth and management of their division. They are subject matter experts in their field and will provide guidance and leadership for all the members within their division.

Level 6- Executive Leadership:
Executive leaders are responsible for providing a direction for Galadyne. They will provide the best environment possible so that each team can accomplish the mission with the right tools for the job. Executive Leaders, while responsible for providing their direction for Galadyne are also responsible as the trainers and cultivators of Galadyne and promote and foster an environment that the entire company enjoys working in.
