There is no manifesto. The intentions, motives, and views of the FTU, are only known to them. If you can read this page, you have stumbled upon an error in RSI’s website.

- Never make yourself known, we aren’t supposed to be known, therefore we do not exist.
- Always abide by the respect and gratuity we are required to uphold, never once should we find out that one of our own decide to lash out, or act inappropriately.
- If you have to ask questions, or asked questions yourself, you have screwed up beyond all repair.
- Do not do anything that would risk the FTU, or compromise it, If you have to read these rules more than once than you have already failed miserably.
-We are not friends to our enemies. we do not socialize or banter with them either. If you cannot hold your tongue, best to just cut it off.
- By the time you have joined the FTU, you should already be an upstanding well trained individual. We offer our training when we see it needed. We do not seek people who can’t do things without being told to do so.
- Do not do your missions or bounties with an open mouth or stowed away gun. If you cannot conceal yourself, we will do it for you.
- Do not expect a janitor to clean a building with just his hands. Do not expect to open a door without someone on the other side willing to blast you, as you will do to them.
- No one is a stranger to another member of the FTU. We should always be looking to further our bonds with one another, because we are all we have, and we are the only ones who will answer our cries for help.
- We provide high quality careers and fast ranking. If you can prove yourself, you will get what you are worth.
