CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION of Blackbird Advanced Interstellar Transport

Blackbird Advanced Interstellar Transport Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United Empires of Earth.
(the “Corporation”), hereby certifies that the Corporation was originally incorporated under the name “Bait” on October 2, 2525, and that its original Certificate of Incorporation was filed with the High-Secretary of the United Empires of Earth business division on the same date.

The Corporation further certifies that this Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation restates and integrates and further amends the provisions previously filed with the the High-Secretary of the United Empires of Earth business division.

This Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (this “Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation”) has been duly adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections S-42 and S-43 section 42- 1 of the General Corporation Law of the United Empires of Earth.

ARTICLE FIRST: The name of the corporation is

ARTICLE SECOND: The address of its registered office in the UEE is
