History

The history of the Black Bears is darker than the verse,

In the mid-21st century, as humanity’s presence in space continued to expand, governments around the world began to recognize the strategic importance of controlling access to space-based resources and technology. One of these governments, a powerful but increasingly authoritarian state known only as “The Directorate,” saw an opportunity to gain an advantage over its rivals by establishing a secret military presence in space.

To achieve this goal, The Directorate established a covert military group known as the “Black Bears”. The Black Bears were tasked with conducting clandestine operations in space, including intelligence gathering, satellite interception, and sabotage.

Despite the Black Bears illegality and the potential for international conflict, The Directorate believed that the benefits of having an advanced military presence in space outweighed the risks. The Black Bears operations were kept secret from the public and other nations, with only a select few high-ranking officials aware of its existence.

As the years passed, the Black Bears became increasingly sophisticated and ruthless in its operations. Its agents were trained in zero-gravity combat and were equipped with advanced weapons and technology. They conducted operations across the solar system, from orbiting satellites to deep-space missions.

However, as the Black Bears power and influence grew, it began to operate with impunity, carrying out assassinations, kidnappings, and other illegal activities in pursuit of its goals. Its agents were responsible for several high-profile incidents, including the destruction of a civilian space station and the theft of classified military technology.

Despite attempts by other nations to investigate and expose the Black Bears activities, The Directorate was able to keep the group’s existence secret for decades. However, as tensions between The Directorate and other nations increased, the Black Bears actions began to have unintended consequences.

In the end, The Directorate’s secret military group was exposed to the world, and for this betrayal the Black Bears eliminated the Directorate and disappeared into space.

Manifesto

We, the Black Bears are a daring and resourceful group of individuals who have chosen to live beyond the confines of society. We are a division of explorers, smugglers, mercenaries, and adventurers who have chosen the stars as our home. Our manifesto is a declaration of our beliefs and principles that guide our actions and shape our identity.

We are free spirits who value individuality, self-reliance, and autonomy above all else. We refuse to be bound by the laws and regulations of any single planet, government, or authority. We are our own masters and make our own rules.

We are risk-takers who embrace the challenges of space travel and the unknown. We thrive on the thrill of the chase, the excitement of the discovery, and the adrenaline rush of danger. We are not afraid to take calculated risks in pursuit of our goals.

We are opportunists who seize the moment and make the most of every situation. We are resourceful and adaptable, able to turn adversity into advantage. We know how to navigate the complex web of alliances, rivalries, and conflicts that exist in space.

We are innovators who embrace technology and use it to our advantage. We are always looking for new ways to improve our ships, weapons, and equipment. We know that in space, technology is the key to survival.

We explore the depths of space in search of knowledge, wealth, and power. We are not content to live out our lives in the safety of known space.

We are survivors who know how to endure hardship and overcome adversity. We have faced the dangers of space and emerged stronger for it. We are not afraid to fight for our lives and the lives of our fellow Black Bears

Charter

We, the Black Bears, do hereby establish this charter to govern our actions and behaviour as we explore the galaxy and engage in our chosen pursuits.

Article I: Purpose

The purpose of our collective is to seek adventure, acquire wealth, and pursue our own interests without regard for the laws and regulations of any particular planet or government.

Article II: Membership

Membership in the Rogues in Space is open to anyone who shares our values and desires to join our ranks. New members must be apply via the Join us now link.

Article III: Activities

Piracy of space vessels and space stations for the purpose of obtaining valuable resources and information.
Trade in illegal and stolen goods.
Blackmail, extortion, and other forms of criminal activity.
Freelance work, protection, security

Article IV: Punishment and Expulsion

Any member who violates or endangers the collective shall face punishment and possible expulsion. Punishment may include fines, demotions, or temporary suspension of membership. The Black Bears only requirement is to honour and support his fellow Black Bears no matter what.

Article V: Rules of Engagement

The use of extreme force is encouraged and welcomed. A destroyed enemy is no longer a threat.

Article VI – Dispute Resolution

Members are encouraged to resolve disputes amongst themselves dogfighting or PVP is Black Bear favourite this to be overseen by other members to ensure all lost equipment is returned to the correct parties.
