We are Criminals.

Per Aspera, Ad Astra

All may apply. Few will be accepted.

Notorious is a highly selective, quality-over-quantity organization. We believe in the organized few, strategic planning, and surgical precision.

History

History will be kind to us, for we intend to write it.

We know a great deal about you; you’d be surprised at how much we know. We represent the most exclusive, privileged, and powerful organization of syndicates in the Verse. It is our business to keep tabs on people. Throughout our existence, we’ve selected a prime few to join our ranks. We are a highly selective quality-over-quantity organization. Those thousand member organizations you’ve seen hanging around? They’ll be the first to fall. Time and time again, history proves an organized few will always triumph over a disorganized many.

Manifesto

Illegal is always faster.

Charter

We’re Criminals — not savages

CRIMINAL CODE:

I. Be there

This should go without saying. All players are expected to show up. If we’re moving on a target we need you ready at least ten minutes before the designated start time. That doesn’t mean you need to be on location, waiting around for ten minutes, but you should be online and have any and all prerequisite content completed beforehand.

In the event that you fail to complete prerequisite content before an event, the organizer and/or officers have the right to remove you from the group and bring in someone more qualified. Similarly, if you are more than ten minutes late to a raid, to pick up packages, or to defend a key point, the officers have the right to start without you and not let you join after the fact. Consistently signing up for events and showing up late is considered a violation of our code.

II. Be Professional

Violating the Criminal code is something that we take seriously, as it can lead to hard feelings and damage overall cohesion. In the event that someone is breaking the code, Criminal Founders will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, whether the player in question is an officer or not.

In the event that someone is behaving contrary to the code, the first step is a discussion with the player in question and a notification that there is a problem. No further action will be taken, and if nothing else happens within a month the entire thing can be forgotten.

A separate or continuing incident requires further steps. Someone who is consistently behaving contrary to the code will be assigned a probationary rank with limited privileges for a period of time – pending any further behavior violations. Further behavior issues will be dealt with via removal from our ranks.

III. No second chances

If someone is removed from Notoriouis due to extensive inactivity, they may not rejoin our ranks. We’ll take whatever measures necessary to weed out infiltrators.
If someone is removed from Notorious due to behavior violations, they will not be permitted to rejoin in the future. Fool me once.

IV. Have a fucking blast

We’re about winning, but what’s a victory without joy. Keep it positive, keep it fun, keep it fucking awesome.

Additionally:
  • Conduct yourself appropriately — it’s a three strike system: consider this as your first strike.
  • Leave your egos at the door; the name of the game is to lead without a title.
  • Forum activity is not required, but rewarded. Forum Rank degradation will occur otherwise.
  • We are not running a Goodwill practice. Charity work will be deducted from your profits.
  • Mediocrity spreads like cancer — do not host it, and do not settle.
  • Whilst a member of this cult syndicate, you’re bound to cause abrupt endings to a whole lot of people’s progress. We ask that you remain classy while doing so.
  • Things happen; take ownership of your shortcomings. Do not repeat them.
