The Colonial Space Marines (CSM) represent a formidable armada, integrating a versatile mix of combat, assault, and support units. This comprehensive force excels in both orbital assaults and extended ground operations. Tasked with the critical missions of security, colonization, and exploration
History
Following the siege of Tiber in 2732, survivors were left questioning the UEE’s military effectiveness. They felt it was up to future generations to reclaim their homeland and defend their territories.
In 2802, the UEE designated the sector as forbidden, prompting the formation of the Colonial Space Marines. Tasked with combating the Vanduul and reclaiming the remnants of devastated worlds, these Marines often operated beyond UEE oversight. Over 214 years, they evolved into independent military factions.
By 2946, after years of unyielding skirmishes with the Vanduul, the Colonial War Act’s Article IV was invoked, leading to the launch of Operation Tartarus. The elite 177th Special Operations Unit of the Colonial Space Marines spearheaded a fierce campaign to reclaim their ancestral home. Named after the inferno of the underworld, Tartarus symbolized the heavy losses endured, with only 10% of the drop troopers surviving the perilous descent to Tiber 1. As the initial assault faltered, efforts shifted to liberating surrounding systems to bolster a renewed offensive for Tiber.
Decades of conflict left many planets in ruins and under Vanduul control. In response, Colonists enacted the Colonial Protection Act of 2946, which mandated that any Colonial outpost or planet allied with the CSM would receive protection against alien threats—a preemptive measure for regions deemed low-priority by the UEE.
The primary mission of the Colonial Space Marines remains the recapture of Tiber and its neighboring territories. Engaged in an all-out war and operating independently of the UEE, they welcome any external support in their quest to reclaim their lost homeworlds.
Manifesto
The Colonial Space Marines (CSM) stand as the foremost armada dedicated to the defense and advancement of our colonies. Our mission is to safeguard our homeland while venturing into the uncharted frontiers of the cosmos.
The CSM operates through three principal armadas, each tasked with a distinct and crucial purpose:
1. Defense of the Colonies: To uphold and protect the sovereignty and security of our territories under the CSM banner.
2. Support and Maintenance: To ensure the well-being and sustenance of our colonists, maintaining their safety and prosperity.
3. Exploration of the Unknown: To undertake missions into uncharted regions of the galaxy, expanding our knowledge and presence.
4. Defense of the Imperiled: To extend our protection and assistance to those in need, regardless of their location or circumstance.
5. Colonization of Hostile Worlds: To engage in the strategic colonization of challenging and adversarial worlds, overcoming any obstacles to secure and expand our dominion.
6. Inhalation of the Vanduul: To confront and neutralize the Vanduul threat with resolute determination, ensuring the safety and stability of our operations and territories.
Charter
Rules for Joining:
1. All members must adhere strictly to the chain of command.
2. The authority of Moderators, Administrators, and the Owner must be respected at all times. Compliance with directives is mandatory.
3. Discussions of politics or religion are prohibited.
4. Participation in role-play is optional.
5. Promotions within the organization are merit-based, considering factors such as service duration and availability of positions.
6. Members are encouraged to participate in in-game events with fellow organization members.
7. Piracy is strictly forbidden; consult leadership for further details.
8. All members must join the organization and discord for voice communication.

11. Members seeking to join a special operations unit will undergo a vetting process. Merit and service duration will be strictly applied with no exceptions.
