ICE – (Independence | Community | Expansion)

I – Independence is at the heart of every Envoy. Space is harsh and unforgiving, we ensure each envoy is equipped and trained for independent scouting and relationship building. This will include a variety of tactics including: 1. Search And Rescue. 2. Advanced Flight & Evasive Maneuvering. 3. Survival and land navigation. 4. First Aid And Trauma Training.

C – Community. Earth did not rise to the stars overnight nor is it expected to manage it. Each system has local communities and leadership that are in no way required to support earth’s mission and views. We are not tyrants and are not looking to absorb these systemes. On no terms do we attempt to interfere with local issues and if intervention is needed a strict no fire unless fired upon rule must be followed and enforced.

E – Expansion has been the true desire of humankind from the very start. Rather this came about as the creation of the wheel or the engine we have looked to travel to new lengths with every discovery. As an Envoy you will be responsible for Earth’s continued push into the stars.

Objective:
Primary:
The UEE has always strived to help provide a stable and safe universe which has become increasingly more difficult as the times move forward. With this it has become to costly to continue throwing bodies and ships into distant solar systems only to have them attacked and the crew murdered. With this We have be training agents known as Envoys to start connecting and building relationships with local leadership and ensure that each governing body has what it needs to continue to expanding into the universe

Secondary:
Humanity is not alone. We have learned this through the wars and lives that we have lost due the Vanduul who’s nomadic lifestyle make them an ever present threat in the universe. Granted they are spread out with little leadership but if a hoard was to make its way to Stanton I am not sure there is much the UEE would be able to do and stop them before most of the system was destroyed. We need to start rallying allies out on the rim and the distant systems yet to be discovered. Earth alone wont be enough to hold back the Vanduul but a untied verse is one that the Vanduul will come to fear.

Structure:
There are 5 ranks to our Envoys. Upon entering into service of the UEE your ID will be changed to UEE_Envoy_(Name). Your rank within the Envoy program will depend on impact made, time served and additional funds will be sent for bringing additional members in. Envoy’s are independent agents who will specialize in survival and diplomacy. Take what we show you and help make the universe stronger. Help make Human kind stronger.

Planned Operations:
Stanton Operation:
Due to the level of unrest and resources sent to Stanton Earth has requested this be the first location the Envoy program starts and operates out of. Microteach has agreed to house one of our agents and is currently where the Envoy Program works out of. The other neighboring worlds have shown interest in having Envoy’s Stationed but we are looking for qualified members to reside here and provide support to the civilians in the sector.
