Be it the depths of space, or the riches of another. At HARDSHIP we strive to be all that we can accomplish. From exploration to security services and bounty hunting you can rest assure we are doing it with full commitment. We will not limit your standard playstyle, all private occupations are allowed within the organization. However when performing in formal missions you are expected to adhere to the chain of command. If your private affairs are interfering with your ability or the abilities of others to perform their duties in the Organization, there may be corrective actions taken.

D iscipline – Do not bring the Organisation into disrepute with your actions. Cheating/Hacking will not be tolerated under any condition and will result in immediate termination as well as reported to Cloud Imperium Games.

S upport – As a community we are encouraged to help others as much as possible without compromising our mission statement, manifesto or charter.

H umor – A laugh a day keeps death further away. A person without a sense of humor is like No Man’s Sky without all the lies.

I nternational – Having an international group ensures around the clock operability. English is the general language we use to communicate.

P articipation – We understand our players have lives, families, responsibilities, and careers beyond video games. Although we promote an ambitious hardcore environment we are happy to be understanding and flexible with our player base. However, we do have specific aspects of our community that require additional time such as officer positions. If you wish to partake in this you will need to step it up respectively to fill any responsibilities you apply for.
